This inclusive approach ensures that help is rendered to those in need, promoting equality and fairness in its operations.

As an organization, HRI operates as a global network that brings together public donors and implements capacity-building programs. This network is crucial for mobilizing resources and expertise to deliver effective assistance across various countries.
